Introduction
Create your social app to display your brand when visitors register on your site. You can configure your company name and logo for applications created on social networks, making the login experience more reliable and effective.
Requirements
To follow these steps, you will need a Facebook account. If you don't have one, you can sign up at the following link:
To create a custom app, you will need to enable your account on Meta for Developers. In order to enable your Developer account, Facebook requires you to verify your account by adding at least one mobile number. You can do this by going to the settings page in the Mobile tab:
To publish the app, you will need to create a verified business account. If you don't have one, you can sign up at the following link:
Add a New App
Go to the Meta for Developers page (https://developers.facebook.com/apps) and click on "Create App."
On the next screen, select the option “Allow users to log in with their Facebook accounts.”
Then, you will need to add a name for your application (e.g., Imperial Coffee) and select a business account.
Use cases
On the main panel or in the sidebar menu, click on "Use Cases.
After that, click on "Edit" in the "Authentication and Account Creation" menu.
And click on "Add" in the "Email" option.
Products
Returning to the previous menu, click on "Products" in the left sidebar.
Now, under "Facebook Login," click on "Set Up" and then select the "Quickstart" option.
Select the "Web" type and fill in the "Website URL" field using the preview URL available in the CoffeeBean WiFi dashboard. (e.g.: https://wifi.socialidnow.com/portals/imperial-coffee?preview=true):
Save the changes, and in the left-hand menu, click again on "Products" and then on "Settings" under the "Facebook Login" option. Add the CoffeeBean OAuth URIs as the "Valid OAuth redirect URIs" and then save the changes.

Configurations
In the left-hand menu, click on "Settings" and then on "Basic." Add the Privacy Policy URL, the Terms of Service URL, the App Icon, the Category, and the Data Deletion Instructions URL, and click "Save Changes."
The app icon must comply with the following requirements on the platform:
- File formats: JPG, GIF, or PNG
- Image size: Between 512x512 or 1024x1024 pixels
- File size limit: 5 MB
You will need to send the "App ID" and "App Secret Key" to CoffeeBean so that the application can be configured in the portal.
Launch
Finally, click on "Launch" in the last option in the left-side menu and validate that all the presented requirements have been filled before submitting the application for review.
Once everything is in order and ready for publication, click on "Launch" on the right-side corner to submit your application for review.
