Within the administrative panel of the CoffeeBean MFA solution, administrators can manage all users utilizing multi-factor authentication (MFA), view their information, and monitor access logs.
Users Menu
- In this menu, you can see a list of users with their main information and search for a specific user (using the key defined for the user, such as username or email).
- By clicking on a specific user, you can view their detailed information and configured authentication factors, including which ones are enabled, their creation date, and usage history. As an administrator, you can reset or delete the user’s factors from this screen.
- Additionally, if device management is enabled, the user details page allows you to view and manage the devices that the user has used for authentication.
Access Tokens Menu - Within the Access Tokens menu, you can view details of all actions performed by users in this CoffeeBean MFA account. These details include:
- Token generated for that specific action;
- User identification;
- Environment/client where the action took place;
- Scope of the action (authentication, management, or other);
- Date of the action.
- By clicking on a generated token, more detailed information about the log is displayed, such as the factor that was used, created, or modified, and its current status.
- From both the main log screen and the details view, you can click on the related user to open the user information page described above. You can also click on the client to view the configuration details of the environment where the action occurred.
