Similar to the use of CoffeeBean Workflows for connectors mentioned earlier, the tool also allows the creation of various other types of integrations. Through it, it is possible to consume events generated within the CoffeeBean platform (as described in the Automation Engine), call and consume external APIs, read and write different types of documents, as well as use pre-built blocks of CoffeeBean APIs and services.
These integrations are always carried out using blocks that are dragged and connected, following the no-code concept. When more specific logic is required for these integrations, a code block can be used, making the solution low-code.
Among the integrations that can be built, and which have pre-configured blocks in the Workflows library, are ITSM, SIEM, PAM, BI, messaging and communication tools, bots, and others.
